At the helm of Chambre stands the esteemed Kasper Correll

Kasper brings a wealth of experience, honed at Restaurant Uformel.

For years, he has been a guiding force in Uformel’s kitchen, serving as assistant head chef, while also overseeing the Private Dining department with finesse.

Moreover, Kasper’s illustrious tenure with the Danish National Culinary Team, spanning a decade, speaks volumes. His leadership, both as team captain and as the national coach in 2022, led to remarkable achievements, including a prestigious bronze medal at the World Championships.
