Food at Uformel
At Uformel, you can choose our 5-course menu composed by the head chef, or you can put together your own menu from our a la carte options, which consist of 10 – 12 dishes. We recommend that you choose between 4 – 6 dishes if you opt for a la carte.
Both the menu and the a la carte options reflect the cuisine at Uformel, which features dishes with deep fundamental flavors as well as dishes with playful twists, spiced and inspired by Asian elements.
Our experienced Sommelier, Martin Iuel-Brockdorff Bek, has created an accompanying wine menu that perfectly complements each dish and enhances the overall experience. You are also welcome to explore our extensive wine list, which encompasses everything from the great classic regions like Champagne, Burgundy, and Piedmont, to the more modern, light, and juicy wines.
We work with a mass of seasonal vegetables, and we can easily accommodate vegetarians or vegans. There is no set menu, but we put together a menu based on the ingredients that the season offers. Just note it when you book, so we can prepare.
