We continue with the familiar concept at lilleB, where we offer family-style menus in multiple servings. Our focus is clear: local vegetables, sustainably caught fish and seafood, as well as refreshing wines and summer drinks, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

In our third year, 2024, we continue to be proud of our connection to the area around Høve Strand in Odsherred. Our passion lies in creating informal meals from local ingredients in surroundings that invite our guests to relax and enjoy good food and companionship.

At lilleB, we serve one menu, and that’s all you need. It consists of 9 savory servings in 4 heats, served family-style for the whole table. If you desire cheese and/or dessert, these can be added on the evening. We prepare our food using local ingredients wherever possible, and part of the menu is cooked over an open flame on our large Ofyr grill, which our guests encounter upon arrival at the tent.

Inside the tent, the atmosphere is relaxed, and our guests can safely lean back and enjoy warm summer evenings in good company. We have a selection of wines from formel B in a wine cabinet in one corner of the tent, inviting exploration, and our skilled servers are ready to guide you through the wine list or offer a wine menu perfectly matched to the evening’s menu. Of course, we also offer non-alcoholic alternatives, such as homemade lemonade.

In the Strandbar, you can purchase cold drinks and casual comfort food to be enjoyed on the site between forest and beach. Try our classic burger with organic beef in a perfectly soft bun with potato and buttermilk.

The dynamic duo in the kitchen at lilleB!

Lasse Claus Fastø Frank Mikkelsen & Louis Robin Lindegaard both graduated from formel B and apprenticed simultaneously. Besides being colleagues, they are also good friends, and they have been working together in the kitchen at lilleB for three years.

The mood is always high when these two guys are in the kitchen, and the pace is just as lively, whether they’re behind the Ofyr grill at lilleB or flipping burgers over the counter at the Strandbaren.


Kristine Slott Olsen is the restaurant manager and partner at lilleB, where she keeps things running smoothly on the floor, and she does it well!

Since 2017, Kristine has been part of the formel B team. Before joining formel B, she gained experience at places like Studio, Herman, Den Røde Cottage, and Sletten.

Kristine has furthered her skills through the Danish Sommelier education, the Wine Academy, and numerous waiter competitions, an experience and knowledge that she shares with colleagues and guests at lilleB, to the benefit of all.


Kristian & Rune, as you know from formel B, are often found at lilleB during the summer.

Not always to make the schedule work, but simply because they can’t resist working at their wonderful place.
