**Christmas 2024 at Restaurant Palægade**

On Thursday, November 14th, we open the doors to this year’s Christmas season at Restaurant Palægade, and we look forward to welcoming you to a time filled with warmth, tradition, and exquisite food.

Our Christmas menu follows the same principle as our daily offerings – we distinguish between lunch and dinner, but during the holiday season, the difference is less pronounced, so you can experience the authentic Christmas lunch atmosphere regardless of the time of day.

We proudly serve our classic Christmas lunch, crafted from the finest ingredients and prepared with love and respect for tradition. Look forward to enjoying a selection of beloved favorites as well as new interpretations of the best Christmas classics.

FOR LUNCH

Our head chef has crafted a classic Christmas menu featuring beloved favorites – pickled herring, salmon, roast pork, and rice pudding. Everything is prepared in true Palægade style, with a focus on quality and the finest ingredients.

We offer two seating options for lunch: arrival between 11:30-12:15 or 14:00-14:45.

Note: Tables are reserved for 2 hours during lunch.

FOR DINNER

In the evening, we elevate the Christmas menu with additional courses and exclusive options, taking the experience to a new level. The classic dishes from the lunch menu remain, but for dinner, we add extra courses and elements to create an even more complete gastronomic experience.

There is only one seating for dinner, with arrival between 18:30-19:30.

Note: The dinner menu must be selected for the entire table.

WHAT WILL YOU DRINK?

Whether you prefer juice, water, soda, or alcohol-free beer, or you lean towards classic beers and aquavit, we have carefully selected a range of bottles and suppliers that are sure to delight your palate. For example:

Fantastic beers from Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri, To Øl, Gamma, and Mikkeller – available both with and without alcohol.

Soft drinks and juices from Rebæl & Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri.

Palægade’s own aquavit, developed in collaboration with Radius Distillery, and our special Christmas aquavit, created in partnership with Nordic EtoH.

More than 70 different beers and aquavits from both well-known and emerging producers.

If you’re more of a wine enthusiast, our extensive wine list is sure to bring joy to your table.
